Hello Drive Something Used,

I am writing this letter to express how satisfied my wife and I are with our recent purchase from your dealership. Specifically with the service and attention to detail we received from AJ (Abdul Jamshid). From the moment we called to inquire about an 08 Pathfinder, until the time we left with the vehicle, AJ was amazing, thoughful and went above and beyond.

Let me share an example with you. The day AJ and I spoke on the phone, it was a cold evening. He asked me to call him 30 minutes before I arrived just to make sure that he was free and that we didn't have to wait around. As requested, I called AJ 30 mins before we arrived. To my surprise, the vehicle that we were interested in was parked out front, started, so it was nice and warm, cleaned and ready to test drive.

That was a huge deal for us as the last thing we wanted to do was wait around while someone looked for the car. From that moment on, I was impressed with his desire to be proactive and anticipate my needs before I said anything. To say the least, he is fantastic. When I purchase my next used car, AJ will be the first person I contact.

You have a great asset in AJ, keep him happy.

Dear 417 Automall and Drive Something Used,

Over the last month, I've gone to 13 used car dealerships in Ottawa and the surrounding area. After test driving a multitude of vehicles, I finally narrowed my choices to two vehicles - both Nissan products. Although a handful of dealerships had what I wanted, and prices were quite comparable, my first visit to the 417 Automall created quite an impression. I was very warmly greeted by a salesperson as I walked away from my car and began looking at the various selection of Sentras and Versas. The young man allowed me to walk around and look at the vehicles and let me do my thing.

After a while, I went back inside the showroom and informed him that I hadn't made my mind up, that I would continue to "shop around". I did just that, but I didn't feel welcomed at the other places - the pressure was on me to buy the moment I stepped out of my vehicle. This makes for a very unpleasant shopping experience. So I went back to the 417 Automall the following weekend, but my salesperson was helping out another customer. Rather than have me wait for him, he immediately had a colleague take care of me - less than an hour later, my wife and I were purchasing a used vehicle that looked and drove like a brand new car. They quoted me a price, and I counter-offered informing them I didn't have all day to waste haggling back and forth - so my offer was accepted, and we're enjoying our "new" car very much.

First impressions are everything in the sales business, and the first impression I got from the folks at the 417 Automall made me go back to give them my business. Their courteous, no-pressure service made for a delightful shopping experience indeed. I'll definitely go back there next time I'm in the market for a vehicle. I would recommend 417 Automall to anyone looking for a top notch used vehicle, at a very affordable price - Oh yeah, did I mention the warm after sales service - I was treated like family, thank you 417 Automall!

My experience with Drive Something Used was exceptional from start to finish. This is actually the first time in a very long time that I can say, there was not one thing to complain about. From the very first email, my experience with you and the DSU staff was fantastic.

You responded very quickly and helped me with the process from start to finish, it made buying my dream car that much better. In today's world, especially mine right now, there is so much stress and pressure with time frames, personal issues, etc., that when you get the service that I did, it kinda makes you feel like the world still has decent people and caring business who take pride in what they do. Drive Something Used staff has put a stamp on that! The staff when I arrived could not have been any better. They took such good care of me and made the transaction of the sale seem like a breeze. Not one thing to complain about that's for sure, loved every minute of it... and the car... well, it is my dream car and I love her!! It is very me and I will have her for many years to come... her and I were SMILING big when we drove out of the car lot. And when I finally got out of the 5 lanes of traffic in Ottawa (a little tense as I had not driven a standard for 10 years or more, and never took the Sky for a test drive beforehand and within 1 minute of leaving the lot I was in major traffic for about 10 to 15 minutes, nothing like throwing yourself into a fire), anyway, when things finally quieted down I pulled over, put the top down, and had the best trip of my life... life for me began again at that moment.

So again I thank you and the staff, Arash, Mustafa and everyone else for a wonderful experience!!
